The key to solving your low back pasin is getting to the root cause of the pain. If you had an MRI and there is any signs of verve root or disc compression from a bulging or herniated disc, then spinal decompression is an excellent option. If your condition is caused by central canal stenosis due to bone spurs and hypertrpphic ligaments, then Laser surgery may be an excellent alternatie. Either way, living on pain killing narcotics like Tramadol is no way too live. For more information contact me directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
